Founder & CEO
Rushi founded Revir Capital in 2006 with a single conviction: that disciplined ownership of well-located real estate is the surest path to multi-generational wealth. He sets the firm's investment strategy, leads acquisitions and dispositions, and architects every capital stack we deploy.
Beyond Revir, Rushi is Chairman & CEO of Mag Mile Capital, where he originates commercial financing for sponsors nationwide across every property type. The two roles compound — Revir benefits from Mag Mile's market intelligence and capital relationships, and Mag Mile benefits from Rushi's hands-on operating experience as an owner.
Rushi is a frequent panelist at national real-estate industry events and a contributor to leading publications. He's spoken on financing strategies, multifamily fundamentals, and the long-hold investing philosophy that defines Revir Capital.

Chief Operating Officer
Prachi runs the day-to-day engine of the firm — asset management, property operations, capital projects, and resident experience. She brings the rigor of a healthcare operator to real estate, instituting the systems that let our portfolio scale without losing the personal touch our residents know us for.
Prachi spent over fifteen years in operations leadership in healthcare — a discipline where the cost of operational sloppiness is measured in lives, not basis points. She applies that same standard to multifamily: every maintenance call gets answered, every unit turn gets inspected, every resident is treated like the only one we have.
As COO and as Rushi's partner, Prachi is the operational counterweight to the firm's deal-making. Every property we own is held to a single, exacting standard of livability and stewardship. She is also a proud mother of two — including the two children whose names form Revir.
