Sign into the resident portal at the link above using the email Revir Capital has on file. You can pay one-time, set up autopay, or schedule a future payment. Autopay never charges an extra fee.

Click "Forgot password" on the portal sign-in page and a reset link will be emailed to you within a minute or two. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Still stuck? Email us — we'll reset it manually.

Same business day for acknowledgment. Urgent issues (water leak, no heat, no power) — a technician is dispatched the same day or first thing the next morning. Routine requests are usually scheduled within 3–5 business days.

Yes. Browse available units, then book a showing right from the listing page. We do in-person and self-guided tours for most properties.

Most applications get a decision within 2–3 business days once we have everything we need (ID, income verification, references). We'll email you if anything's missing.

We send renewal offers 60–90 days before your lease ends. Sign electronically through the portal — no paper, no in-person meetings unless you want one.
